Abstracts of the papers submitted to the conference, which have completed the peer review process and been presented orally, will be published as an “abstract book.” Abstracts of papers that have been accepted but not presented will not be published, and participation certificates will not be issued.

For full texts to be published as articles, they must be submitted to the relevant journal in accordance with the writing and publication rules of the following journals and books, and the studies must be successful in the peer review process conducted by the journals themselves. In addition, the subject of the study must be within the scope of the journal. All publication conditions and fee policies are at the discretion of the relevant journal.
